South East Brickwork Ltd has over 35 years experience as a specialist brickwork subcontractor working for construction companies and house builders of all sizes, across the South East of England, covering Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
We have highly experienced, trained and skilled operatives (100% CSCS) supported by a diligent and knowledgeable management team. This together with our electronic quality control procedures, and dedicated customer care process, ensures we deliver a high quality end product, on time, every time, in line with the main contractor's program.
South East Brickwork Ltd is part of a wider group of construction companies including Fast Fix Scaffolding Ltd (www.fastfixscaffolding.com) with whom we predominantly carry out joint brickwork and scaffolding packages on new build development projects.

CONSULT
Our dedicated Commercial Team will work together with clients at tender stage to ensure a full understanding of requirements, thus eliminating any nasty financial surprises during construction.
BUILD
Each project will have a dedicated foreman and site team for the duration of the works, ensuring a single point of contact on site. Our highly trained and skilled workforce are 100% CSCS with SSSTS trained foreman. We provide either labour only or labour and material packages to suit our clients individual requirements. We are able to work individually or provide joint brickwork and scaffolding packages with our sister company Fast Fix Scaffolding Ltd.
MANAGE
The dedicated site foreman will be overseen by our roaming Contracts Managers who will liaise with site to ensure that programs and critical dates are met, and any issues identified are swiftly resolved.
Regular checks are carried out and recorded using our bespoke electronic quality control system at key stages of construction to ensure a high level of quality is maintained throughout.
AFTER CARE
Even with our extensive quality checks we understand that issues will inevitably arise from time to time and that our service doesn't stop with hand over. When an issue is bought to our attention our dedicated Customer Care Manager will ensure that the issue is inspected and a written report issued back to the main contractor. We understand time is of the essence when dealing with customers and items where necessary will be rectified as soon as possible.
